EDITORS RESPONSIBILTIY

Editors are responsible for upholding the quality, integrity, and ethical standards of all materials published in the journal. They must take all necessary steps to ensure that the content meets the journal’s objectives and aligns with its editorial and academic standards. It is recognized that different journals or sections within a journal may have distinct goals and quality benchmarks.

Editors should address complaints and ethical concerns promptly, fairly, and transparently. A clear and accessible procedure for handling complaints must be communicated within the journal. This process should include a mechanism for escalating unresolved issues and guidance on referring such matters to the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), where applicable.

DUPLICATE SUBMISSION AND PUBLICATION POLICY

The journal maintains a strict policy against duplicate submission and publication. This refers to the practice of:

·       Submitting the same research or substantially similar work to more than one journal, either concurrently or at different times.

·       Republishing previously published material, including translations of articles, without proper authorization or disclosure.

·       Re-submitting open-access articles that have already been published elsewhere.

Any form of duplicate or redundant publication is considered unethical and will not be accepted. Authors are expected to ensure that their submissions are original and have not been published or submitted elsewhere.
